This Privacy Policy explains how MoongcleLabs Co., Ltd. (“MoongcleLabs”, “we”, “us”) processes Personal Data in connection with the RepriceWiz service (the “Service”), our eBay pricing automation and profit analytics product.
2. Independent Notice
RepriceWiz is independent software for eBay sellers and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay.
3. Definitions
“Company” means MoongcleLabs Co., Ltd.; “Service” means RepriceWiz; “Personal Data” means information about an identified/identifiable person; “eBay Content” and “Other User Information” have the meaning defined by eBay; “Restricted APIs” refers to eBay APIs offering market/pricing insights and similar analytics; “Aggregated/De-identified” means data processed so individuals are not identified and cannot reasonably be re-identified.
4. Authentication & Passwords
Connections to eBay use official OAuth consent. We do not request or store eBay passwords.
5. Categories of Data We Process
(i) Account identifiers and contact info (support/billing)
(ii) eBay listing/order metadata necessary for pricing and profit analytics (IDs, titles, prices, fees, taxes, shipping).
6. Other User Information
“Other User Information” shown inside your account is for internal analysis only. We do not resell, publicly redistribute, or enable bulk exports of such information.
- Use of Other User Information. We process “Other User Information” provided via eBay only as strictly necessary to facilitate eBay Services within your account. We do not resell, publicly redistribute, or enable bulk exports. We do not use such information to send or enable unsolicited communications to any eBay users. Communications are limited to those initiated by you and solely to promote or facilitate access to and use of eBay Services. Adding eBay users to marketing lists without their express consent is prohibited.
7. Purposes & Legal Bases
Our purposes are pricing automation, profit analytics, security, support, billing, and legal compliance. The legal bases for this processing are contract performance, legitimate interests (such as security, fraud prevention, and product improvement), and legal obligations.
8. AI Use Policy
We do not train AI models on eBay source data or Personal Data. Service improvements rely on aggregated, de-identified metrics only.
9. Data Minimization & Export Limits
Exports are limited to aggregated or derived reports for your internal use. We explicitly prohibit bulk or raw exports of eBay Content or any data from Restricted APIs, in strict compliance with the eBay API License Agreement.
10. Retention & Deletion
Operational caches are auto-purged within 24h; access logs rotate within 30 days; encrypted backups rotate within 35 days. Earlier deletion occurs upon user/eBay revocation, purpose
11. Sharing & Sub-processors
We do not sell your data. We use vetted sub-processors for hosting, analytics, and support under DPAs. The current list is available at /legal/sub-processors; material changes are announced 14 days in advance.
12. International Transfers
Where data is transferred across borders, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs, encryption).
13. Security
TLS in transit; AES-256 at rest; role-based access and least-privilege; staff SSO/2FA; audit logs; segregated prod/stage; regular vulnerability scans; vendor DPAs.
14. Your Rights & Revocation
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your Personal Data; we respond within 30 days. You may revoke eBay OAuth access to MoongcleLabs/RepriceWiz anytime from your eBay account settings.
15. Communications
We do not use Personal Data to send or enable sending unsolicited communications to eBay users. Communications initiated by you are limited to facilitating eBay Services.
16. Rate-limits & Fail-safe
We respect eBay API rate-limits using scheduling, backoff, and throttling. When limits are reached, actions switch to fail-safe (pause/queue) and resume automatically when healthy.

18. Children’s Data
The Service is not directed to children under 16; we do not knowingly process such data.
19. Testing & Sandbox
We do not offer public demos. Internal testing uses the eBay Sandbox only; no PII is uploaded; test artifacts are deleted upon completion.
