B. Connection & Permissions
All connections use eBay’s official OAuth consent. You can revoke access anytime in your eBay account settings.
C. Data We Process
Account/contact info (minimal); listing/order metadata (IDs, titles, prices, fees, taxes, shipping). No passwords.

D. Data Flow
OAuth → secure pull via eBay APIs → short-term processing cache → pricing decision → write via eBay APIs → auto-delete cache.
E. Retention & Deletion
We keep data only as long as needed to operate the Service and meet legal obligations. Operational caches (e.g., listing/price/fee snapshots) are short-lived and automatically purged in about 24 hours, or sooner when processing completes or you revoke OAuth. Access logs and encrypted backups are kept for short, rotating periods and then discarded. When you request deletion or revoke eBay OAuth, we stop new data pulls immediately and remove cached eBay content promptly. Where the law requires certain records (e.g., billing/tax), we retain the minimum necessary, keep them segregated and access-restricted, and delete them once the period ends. Our sub-processors are contractually bound to follow the same or stricter limits. All timeframes above are maximums/targets; we delete earlier whenever feasible.
F. AI Use
No training on eBay source data or Personal Data. Improvements rely on aggregated, de-identified metrics only. Our AI models are never trained on eBay source data or Personal Data. We use aggregated, de-identified metrics only for service improvements. We explicitly prohibit the ingestion of any Restricted APIs data into third-party generative AI without prior written consent from eBay.
G. Rate-limits & Fail-safe
Scheduler, backoff, and throttling protect your account. On limits, actions switch to fail-safe (pause/queue) and resume automatically when healthy.
H. Security
TLS in transit; AES-256 at rest; RBAC/least-privilege; staff SSO/2FA; audit logs; segregated prod/stage; vulnerability scans; vendor DPAs.
I. Your Controls & Rights
In-app Privacy Center for export/deletion and connection management. We respond to requests within 30 days.

J. Sub-processors
We publish our sub-processors, purposes, and regions; material changes announced 14 days in advance.

No public demos. Internal testing uses eBay Sandbox only; no PII; test artifacts deleted after completion.

We maintain a change log. In a notifiable incident, we inform affected users without undue delay and share remedial steps.
